This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by Sparky Host. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service Agreement.
Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure the stability and integrity of Sparky Host infrastructure, the security of systems, and compliance with applicable laws.
Sparky Host services may only be used for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Prohibited Activities
2.1 Illegal Activities
Violating applicable laws, hosting unlawful content, or operating fraudulent schemes.
2.2 Network Abuse & Attacks
Activities that degrade network performance are strictly prohibited, including:
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Port scanning or unauthorized probing
- Traffic flooding or disruption attempts
2.3 Malware & Harmful Software
Hosting or operating malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, or command-and-control servers.
2.4 Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized system access, circumventing security, or credential harvesting.
2.5 Abuse of Resources
Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth abuse. Services must be used within reasonable operational boundaries.
2.6 Fraudulent Practices
Phishing, impersonation, identity misuse, or misleading representations.
2.7 Intellectual Property
Hosting infringing content or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
High-Risk Activities
Certain activities may be restricted or prohibited, including: public proxies, cryptocurrency mining, and high-volume automated operations.
Security & System Integrity
Customers may not interfere with systems, disrupt other users, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.
Abuse Monitoring & Enforcement
Sparky Host reserves the right to monitor resource usage, investigate violations, and suspend services without notice to protect our infrastructure.
Customer Responsibility & Liability
Customers are fully responsible for all content hosted and all actions performed via their services.
Reporting & Cooperation
Customers agree to cooperate with investigations related to abuse complaints, security incidents, or legal compliance.
Policy Updates & Legal
Sparky Host may update this AUP at any time. Violations of this Policy constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service.
