Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made from Sparky Host. By purchasing any Sparky Host service, the customer agrees to this Policy.

All payments are considered final except where explicitly stated below.

General Refund Principle

Sparky Host operates a strict and limited refund policy. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and instant resource allocation, refunds are granted only under narrowly defined conditions.

Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to review.

Refund Eligibility Window (24 Hours Only)

Refund requests are eligible only within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

  • ✔ The 24-hour period begins at the moment the order is completed
  • ✔ Applies exclusively to first-time purchases
  • ✔ Does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or recurring invoices

Requests submitted outside the 24-hour window are automatically ineligible.

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Service renewals
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Add-on services or extras
  • Partially used services
  • Promotional or discounted services
  • Suspended or terminated services

Refund Denial Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for: change of mind, lack of technical knowledge, performance expectations vs assumptions, TOS/AUP violations, or failure to cancel recurring services.

Abuse & Policy Exploitation

Attempts to exploit the refund system may result in immediate denial, service termination, and account restrictions.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Sparky Host is a violation. We reserve the right to terminate all services and permanently restrict accounts upon dispute initiation.

Refund Processing Conditions

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source. Processing fees or transaction costs may be deducted from the final amount.

Resource Allocation

Customers acknowledge that services allocate computing resources immediately. Operational costs incurred may render services non-refundable.

Policy Modifications

Sparky Host reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
